Located across from the Seattle Art Museum, Von’s 1000 Spirits specializes in making 100% from-scratch sourdough and small batch custom liquors. Owner Merrisa Firnstahl-Claridge (also the owner of Sharps RoastHouse) believes in sourcing all of Von’s products locally, especially from their neighbors at Pike Place Market. Von’s opened over 25 years ago and has been serving everything from sourdough pasta to hand-filtered vodka and boasts one of the largest collection of fine spirits in the city.
