Here, Ngoc Tong recreates Vietnamese cuisine favorites such as bánh mì, bún riêu vermicelli soup, and phở for those who eat a plant-based diet. While dining there, you’ll barely notice the absence of traditional meats and seafoods — it’s just that good!
