In 2008, Julian Ramos followed his dream of bringing the cuisine of his hometown of San Cayetano, Mexico to Redmond. Today, he impresses locals with his contemporary take on homemade Mexican food. His ingredients are fresh and organic, free of preservatives, free-range, and hormone-free.
