Agrodolce is a Southern Italian and Sicilian restaurant founded by Pacific Northwest culinary legend Maria Hines. In 2019 she passed to torch to executive chef Thomas Litrenta. Thomas learned to cook from his Italian great grandmother, and the menu showcases handmade pasta and local ingredients that showcase the Southern Italian cuisine he was immersed in thanks to his family’s Neapolitan and Calabrian roots.
