| Alderwood Auto Repair was founded in November of 2022. We opened our doors with the intent to change the industry experience for customers and employees. Auto repair can be an intimidating space for customers, especially for people who are often marginalized. We work hard to create an experience that is welcoming and inclusive to all. Auto technicians are often treated as menial laborers. They deserve the respect and benefits that all highly technically skilled professions should have.
