Bleu Note Restaurant and Lounge was opened in 2016, the ultimate milestone on chef and owner Quinton Gethers’ journey to create a place that rendered Southern comforts. Quinton’s love for culinary arts began when he was tasked with the all-important job of making sweet iced tea for his grandmother’s restaurant. Quinton’s passion for his craft is obvious in every dish, but the seafood dishes (especially the catfish) are customer favorites. Bleu Note also regularly has live music and space to dance!
