Charlala Hong Kong Cafe & Hair Studio
Yep, you read that right: This spot serves up great Hong Kong fusion food and great hair cuts.
Chloe Chim, whose family also runs A+ Hong Kong Kitchen in the International District, cooks up a variety of dishes, including ones influenced by Portuguese and Russian colonizers, that she grew up eating in Hong Kong. Some stand-outs include soy sauce-tinged black pepper beef fried spaghetti, Portuguese baked chicken, and seafood soup, which you can find alongside other Chinese staples.
Pro-tip: Need a haircut? Dining in the cafe gets you 20 percent off your cut.
