When Ann Peterson made her first batch of toffee 20 years ago, she was quickly reminded that the best thing about toffee and chocolate is eating it. After four years of making delicious treats in her garage, in 2018 Island Treats finally made its brick and mortar debut on Mercer Island. In addition to her signature toffees and chocolates, Island Treats also sells delicious caramels, shortbread, s’mores, baked goods, and more.
