Kaname Izakaya

Todd Kuniyuki was born in the U.S., but spent many years in Japan where he learned to make Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen broth from a Japanese chef. He serves his from-scratch broth and fresh noodles at his intimate restaurant, Kaname Izakaya.
