Kevin Burzell and Alysson Wilson opened Kedai Makan on Seattle’s Capitol Hill after building on the success of their days vending at local farmers markets. Kevin and Alysson were inspired to make this Malaysian-inspired restaurant by their extensive travels in Southeast Asia and working in Asian fusion eateries. With handmade sambal, a constantly rotating menu, and salty and sweet flavors, Kedai Makan is a great place to explore Malaysian-inspired dishes and relax in a bar setting.
