Channeling whimsy and creativity, Carlie Steiner has taken the former Himitsu space in a new direction, and as of Fall 2019, the restaurant has been renamed, Pom Pom. With chef Amanda Moll leading the kitchen, Pom Pom’s menu has expanded to include Southeast Asian, Latin American, and Persian inspired cuisine.
