Sazón d’ la Baja is the sophomore restaurant from Angelica Martin, Aldo Góngora, and Roxana Martin of Sazón Kitchen and made its debut in July 2020. The trio serves up tacos, killer Mexican breakfast, and seafood classics, inspired by Ithe food they grew up eating in Baja California, Mexico. Every thoughtfully-prepared dish uses fresh ingredients to showcase their roots and creates an extraordinary dining experience for each guest.
