  1. HAND SHAVED DAN DAN NOODLES! There was a chunk of time where we ate there at least once a week and measured time not in days or weeks, but in noodles. Those were good times. I’ve ventured outside of the Dan Dan noodles, but I always come back to them because they are rich and creamy and a textural delight.
