Muhammad Fairoz and Katie Pohl are putting their own twist on Thai-style street ice cream by using their recipe for traditional French custard ice cream. Each serving of rolled ice cream is prepared individually, and the menu of unique flavors changes every 2-3 weeks.

Loyal fans of their Farmer’s Market presence are counting down the days until they set up shop at the newly renovated Louisa Hotel in Seattle’s International District.
