Guests at the Fayed family’s home always asked them when they were going to open a Lebanese restaurant. They finally decided to take the plunge by opening tanoor, a full-service restaurant with celiac-friendly, authentic Lebanese food. Run by Jennifer, Wassim, and Zaher Fayed, tanoor’s menu and space is designed to bring the flavors, smells, and atmosphere of Lebanon to Sammamish. They have worked hard to create a menu with traditional Lebanese mezze, salads, grilled items, desserts, and much more all made with the highest-quality ingredients.
