Yu-Han Lee owns Seattle’s Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea. They use only high quality ingredients and their fruit juices and tea leaves are imported directly from Taiwan. Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea also only uses organic, seasonal fruit and milk. Yu-Han and the Yifang team strive to recreate the authentic Taiwanese taste in each of the items on their menu.

Fun-fact: Yifang was named after the founder’s grandmother who made refreshing drinks from pineapple jam.
