Pink Bee Curry & Sandwiches— Run over to Pawara “Pink” Chivapat and Ariva “Bee” Intrachupongse’s family-run restaurant for an outstanding Thai curry lunch as you cheer on your favorite team. Open for 11 a.m. matches.

Thunderbird Tavern— Madison Eckendorf’s beloved Ballard dive bar has a ton of World Cup spirit. If you’re already waking up at the wee hours for the early games, head on over to Thunderbird where you’ll be in good company. Open 30 minutes before the first game every day for the entire World Cup!

Belltown

Aburiya Bento House— Enjoy a bento box filled with mouthwatering flame seared fish (aburi in Japanese) at Sung Kwon’s newly opened restaurant as you watch the game on their large flat screen. Open for 11 a.m. matches, and shows replays of early games throughout the day.

Capitol Hill

Bill’s Off Broadway— Colleen Stevens’ energetic sports bar knows how to make sports fans happy with 14 giant TVs and Italian-inspired food service offered from breakfast ‘till dinner. Open for 11 a.m. matches, and open at 8 a.m. for the Final on July 15th with the kitchen open at 9 a.m.

La Cocina Oaxaquena— Hoping El Tri win it all? Grab a seat at the bar to watch the games, and enjoy a meal of authentic Southern-Mexican dishes with a stellar drink in hand at Misael Dominguez and David Gradwohl’s neighborhood restaurant. Open for 11 a.m. matches.

Central District

Happy Grillmore— A nail biting soccer match should always be accompanied by an out-of-this-world gourmet burger to calm down those nerves (with a side of fries and a shake of course!). We can’t guarantee that the utter deliciousness of Kryse and Darren McGill’s fare won’t momentarily distract you from the game. Open for 11 a.m. matches.

Wonder Coffee & Sports Bar— Teferi and Yasmin Abey’s totally original hybrid business is simultaneously a coffee shop, Ethiopian restaurant, sports bar, and live jazz venue. Its many big screens are ideal for watching the game as you and a friend devour one of their delicious Ethiopian combo plates. Open for 11 a.m. matches.

Columbia City

Rookies Sports Bar & Grill— At Heather and Sam Allard’s kid-friendly sports bar, you can watch the game on one (or more!) of their whopping fourteen flat screen televisions. Super Six— Enjoy some of Kamala Saxton and Roz Edison’s outrageous Korean-Hawaiian fusion fare at the cocktail bar as you watch the game! The George & Dragon Pub— Since opening in 1995, this English pub has become a soccer fan staple. Owners Deborah and John Bayliss and Cynthia and John Ravenhill have ensured that fans receive the optimal World Cup viewing experience with their indoor and outdoor “tellys”. Lake City

The Beer Authority— A soccer game without a beer? Never! Choose from 400 beers from around the world, craft beer on draft, and a small selection of ciders at Barry, Shellane, Brad Adams and Burc McFarlen’s neighborhood bar. Open early for select matches, and shows replays during open hours.

Queen Anne

Queen Anne Beerhall— Pull up a seat at a long communal table to watch a game at Lubo and Jana Katrusin’s European inspired beer hall.
