Sara and Matthew Stubbs wanted to bring some of their favorite Peruvian flavors to South Seattle. Their restaurant, Big Chickie, serves a flavorful variety of dishes including its specialty, Pollo a la Bras. Big Chickie also crafts over 10 vegetarian sides that can stand alone or complement its famous rotisserie chicken.
