Hye Kim opened ChungChun Rice Dog in Chinatown-ID in 2019 to bring some of Korea’s most popular street food to Seattle. At ChungChun Rice Dog you’ll find a dozen different hot dogs and mozzarella sticks fried in a rice-based batter with a variation of different toppings and fillings. You’ll also find more sauces than just ketchup and mustard, like cheese, chili sauce, and chipotle.
