Beverly Sobelman is proof that it’s never too late to run away and join the circus.

At 39 years old, she quit her job at Microsoft, discovered her love for circus aerials, and trained with Circus Oz and the National Institute for Circus Arts. When she started teaching classes in Seattle, they became so popular that in 2007, she was moved to open Versatile Arts in Greenwood. With dozens of aerial arts classes offered for all skill levels each week, Beverly and her other skilled instructors balance fun with safety to ensure each student feels comfortable and inspired.
