Lily’s Salvadorean Restaurant Gift Certificate

Lillian Anaya Quintanilla spent more than a decade selling her pupusas and tamales at Farmer’s Markets throughout Seattle, with customers willing to wait up to an hour for her authentic Salvadoran food. In 2022, she opened Lily’s Salvadorean Restaurant opened in West Seattle, where like her original food cart, customers can enjoy a variety of pupusas, chile rellenos, and Salvadoran-style carne asada.

Fun Fact: A mural depicting Lily’s life leading up to the realization of her restaurant is being commissioned and is sure to be a wonderful addition to the space.
