Alonso Camacho opened Alina’s Cafe in 2024 on Marine View Drive in Des Moines to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the coziest setting. Everything is made from scratch, including all their bread baked in-house and pastries made and baked daily. Alina’s Cafe features unique dishes like pesto baked eggs, chilaquiles, and breakfast mac and cheese. They also make a variety of 9″ pies including pumpkin, cherry, marionberry, apple, caramel pecan, coconut cream, and chocolate cream, with vegan and gluten-free options available.
