Samuel Hilbert and Alex Oh worked in the wine industry for years before channeling their passion into the production of their own wine, handcrafted in the old-world style with Washington grapes. They opened their first tasting room on Capitol Hill in 2016, offering patrons the opportunity to relax and sample a selection of their delicious wines alongside artisanal cheeses and gourmet small bites.
