Rebecca Smith spent years working in many of Seattle’s specialty roaster-retailers before deciding to open her own shop. Armistice Coffee roasts its own beans in-house, partners with local bakeries for the freshest pastries, and provides a unique sense of escape from the surrounding bustle of the city.
