In 1989, former Thai Airways flight attendant, Chanpen Lapangkura founded Bai Tong near Sea-Tac airport. Family-member Jantana Chaiseeha inherited the successful restaurant and expanded to Capitol Hill with Bai Tong Thai Street Café, where patrons can enjoy their favorite Thai street food.
