Bajón en Seattle

Experience the flavors of South America at Bajón en Seattle, located in South Park! Co-owners Rodrigo Herrera and Norma Escobar launched the restaurant in 2022, serving Chilean and Argentinian fusion dishes with their own homemade touch. 

Enjoy beef, pork, and veggie sandwiches served on their house-made bread, baked fresh daily. Their empanadas can be ordered deep-fried or baked, for a healthier option— fillings including mushroom-spinach, beef and cheese, or ham and tomato.
