Ballard Coffee Co. is a cozy cafe that makes wonderful coffee, biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and gigantic cinnamon rolls. Brianne Ryan took over the former Biscuit & Bean, expanding the menu to include favorites from her other business, Queen Anne Coffee Co. While seating is limited, their outdoor picnic tables are perfect for a sunny morning, or a drizzly one if that’s your style. The line gets long on weekends, so get there early. There’s also a drive-thru on the back side of the building if you’re on the go.
