Bar Carlo

Bar Carlo is a Mexican-American restaurant and cocktail bar in Southeast Portland. Established in 2007, owner Melinda Archuleta’s mission was to create a space where people feel comfortable and cared for. Their menu includes what she says are the “best carnitas in town,” along with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. Enjoy an early morning breakfast and cafe menu, indulge in daily brunch, or come for dinner to enjoy their full bar that includes a wide variety of NA spirits.
