Chef and owner Thiraphan Suttabusya has created a menu featuring an array of classic Thai dishes at Basilic Essentially Thai — a converted house-restaurant near Seattle Center. Thiraphan learned Thai cuisine from his grandmother and has been cooking her delicious recipes since he was young. He brought his grandmother’s recipes to Seattle and combined them with his culinary style inspired by his experiences around the world.
