Batch Baking Co.

Jared Watson’s and Scot Partlow’s Batch Baking Co. delivers fresh baked goods to the Capitol Hill community. The owners met on the board of the Seattle Pride Foundation over 20 years ago while they were still working in other professions, Jared in non-profits and Scot in telecommunications. The duo grew close, bonded over sweet treats, and eventually decided that it was time for a career change. Scot and Jared quit their jobs, put their resources together, and opened up shop in 2018.

Today, visitors can swing by and indulge in an assortment of cookies, brownies, and other pastries that are sure to leave a smile (and maybe some delicious crumbs) on your face.
