Beast and Cleaver

If meat is your favorite food group, Beast and Cleaver is your kind of place. After leaving his job at an acclaimed steakhouse, co-owner Kevin Smith was ready for a venture of his own, and he opened Beast and Cleaver with his wife, Polly Yakovich in 2019. The butcher shop sources its meats locally, and specialty products (terrines, porchetta di testa, and pâté en croûte) have been refined to perfection. While the retail portion of Beast and Cleaver is certainly worth a visit, their dinner service (12 guests on Fridays and Saturdays) and weekend lunch service are sure to impress.
