Bee’s Roots and Remedies

Briana Kennedy opened Bee’s Roots and Remedies in 2023 to honor the healing traditions passed down from her Mississippi-born grandmother, Lessie Bee, who nurtured her with natural remedies and deep care. As a Reiki Master and herbalist, Briana wanted to create a space where ancestral knowledge, plant medicine, and spiritual wellness come together to support our communities—especially Black and Brown folks who have been historically excluded from holistic healing spaces. Bee’s Roots and Remedies business is both a tribute to her lineage and a way to make culturally rooted wellness accessible, intentional, and infused with love.
