In 2005, wife and husband team Carolyn and Howard Ferguson opened Belle Epicurean, a French bakery and café. The couple met while studying at Le Cordon Bleu and now they’ve brought their fine food skills to Seattle, Carolyn’s home town. Their business, which started at the University District Farmers Market where they sold brioche, now serves pastries, baguette sandwiches, salads, soups, and more.
