Berlu

Berlu is a Vietnamese bakery and restaurant that cuts through the culinary world with a modern approach. After years of training around the world at the most acclaimed restaurants, chef Vince Nguyen decided to open up his own spot in Portland, Oregon. With a modern and artistic approach to traditional Vietnamese pastries (including a pandan waffle), Berlu has quickly become one of the most unique and sought-after restaurants in Portland. 

Pro Tip: Dinner is by reservation only and comes in several courses with wine pairings for each course so make sure to set aside an evening to fully experience what Berlu has to offer.
