The son of two Colombian bakers, Jose Rojas was destined to join the industry. In 2005, he opened Big Booty Bread Co., baking classic breads and pastries as well as Latin American-inspired treats including guava turnovers and dulce de leche cupcakes. Big Booty Bread Co. also offers some gluten-free breads and sweets.
