Pedro Ruiz opened Birrieria Grumpy’s in 2021 to share the flavors and traditions of birria with the Tukwila community. Evolving from his family’s food truck, Birrieria Grumpy’s serves beef and chicken birria perfected over the years in a warm, family-style atmosphere that celebrates tradition and flavor. Be sure to try some of the creative birria dishes, including quesabirria tacos, birria ramen, and savory tortas.
