Blank Space Cafe – Belltown

Peggy Huang started Blank Space Cafe in 2015 in the heart of Bellevue before expanding to Seattle in 2017. Unfortunately, the Bellevue location has since closed but Blank Space Cafe in Greenlake and in Belltown remain the perfect places for a quick coffee pick-me-up or a delicious dessert on a special location. The beverages at Blank Space Cafe are all organic and hand-shaken. Their Taiwanese toastboxs and ice cream bubble waffles are decorated to look Instagram-worthy and taste just as good. Blank Space Cafe combines its blissful atmosphere and artistic desserts for a “matcha” made in heaven.
