Sisters Theresa Fouquette and Stacie Leaf started their ice cream journey as teenagers when they worked together at Baskin-Robbins. The two experienced first-hand how ice cream shops can be a joyful, community gathering place. After pursuing other careers, Theresa and Stacie came back to their dream and opened Bliss Small Batch Creamery. 

The walls of their shop are lined with different flavors of ice cream, from Summer Strawberry to the fan-favorite Cookie Monster. The sisters make their own ice cream locally, which allows them to create endless flavor combinations, use all-natural ingredients, and offer allergen-free options for scoops, ice cream cakes, and tasting flights.

Pro-tip: You can also find Bliss Small Batch Creamery at their shops on Tacoma’s Proctor Street and in Snohomish, or at local farmers markets and private events.
