Bonito Café y Mercadito

Building on the success of their pop-up market, Aquí Mercado, Bonito Café y Mercadito is a Capitol Hill coffee shop, market, and pop-up space founded by husband-and-husband team Daniel and Ismael Calderón. Designed to encourage social interaction, Bonito features communal seating and lively music to create a welcoming environment, particularly for Latinx and LGBTQ communities. The space hosts rotating pop-up events, including art and vintage shops, and offers a simple menu with unique touches like lemonade with edible glitter and a drink combining espresso and Mexican coke.
