Order a customized bibimbop or a bopbowl, but be sure to sample their bulgogi ⁠— it’s the crowd favorite.  Regulars love BOPBOX because it has a seasonal, rotating menu that accommodates vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diners and highlights fresh, flavorful produce.
