This is not your average burger. Burger Seoul fuses together classic American and Korean flavors to create a unique, memorable twist on an old favorite. The unassuming spot, housed in a Tacoma parking lot, has grown a devoted fanbase since its opening in 2017, so be sure to get there early to avoid the lines. Founder Young La started the restaurant with a focus on quality and authenticity. He makes their sauces and pickles in-house, and all meat is guaranteed fresh. 

Try their Fire Soul, made with Korean pork butt, pickled Korean cucumbers, and spicy fire sauce, or snack on the Seoul Fire Fries, a fiery take on loaded French fries.
