Burrito Express

Burrito Express has been dishing out delicious Mexican food for 30 years! Owners Francisco and Laura Ruiz-Velasco launched their taco truck in 1994, catering for local concerts and dances before moving to South Park. Today, they’re open for breakfast and launch, serving authentic dishes made with farm-fresh ingredients. 

Enjoy a burrito, quesadilla, or torta packed with your choice of meat or veggies, rice, refried beans, cilantro, and onions. Be sure to order a side of their homemade tomato or tomatillo salsas made fresh daily from well-loved family recipes.
