Maria Cid opened Cafe Dulzura in 2024 to share authentic Mexico City flavors with her neighborhood. After three decades in Seattle, Maria fulfilled her dream of opening a Mexican coffee shop using her mother’s traditional horchata recipe and fresh pan dulce from a local Mexican bakery. At Cafe Dulzura, her goal is to showcase vibrant Mexican culture through food, drink, and warm hospitality.
