Nazanin Kimiai opened Cafe Organique in Kirkland in 2014 to create a space specifically designed for people with food allergies and sensitivities. After years of successful meal planning for patients, Cafe Organique now offers 100% gluten-free, non-GMO, and 98% organic cuisine rooted in the therapeutic effects of food. The cafe serves delicious, healthful meals including soups, salads, sandwiches, and muffins, while delivering educational programs on nutrition and wellness. Cafe Organique supports local, organic, and sustainable farms, uses only eco-friendly products, and cooks exclusively with whole foods to minimize packaged products and reduce their carbon footprint.
