Alexei and Daniela Bucos had only lived in Seattle for a little more than a week when they signed the lease for Celine Patisserie. The couple, originally from Moldova, lived in Italy for years, as well as Dubai and San Francisco. Their modern bakeshop serves up French pastries, tarts, and savory sandwiches.
