Eager to preserve the historic integrity of their community, Bridgette and Kevin Johnson opened Central Cafe and Juice Bar in January 2020. Their menu is plant-forward and features a mouthwatering array of fresh pressed juices, smoothies, wraps, and sandwiches. In the mood for a cappuccino?   1. We come here at least twice a week. They have a rotating menu. My favs are their breakfast burritos, Reubens, spring pasta salad, cookies, juices, and soups. I always get a mocha, too.
