Bridgette and Kevin Johnson opened the first Central Cafe and Juice Bar in the Central District in January 2020. It didn’t take long for their cafe to become a neighborhood staple. Their menu is plant-forward and features a mouthwatering array of fresh pressed juices, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and coffee from local roaster, Fulcrum Coffee. In 2023, Central Cafe and Juice Bar introduced a second location in the heart of Downtown Seattle, inside the Seattle Municipal Tower.
