Ceres Roasting Company – Seattle Center Armory

Cinnamon glazed almonds and pecans don’t have to be reserved for the holidays. In fact, they’re a year-round affair for Karen Bainbridge and Nathan Bainbridge, owners of Ceres Roasting company. They churn out their delicious nuts for hungry customers at the Seattle Center Armory (as well as at CenturyLink Field and Key Arena). Every batch is roasted in copper kettles for the public to watch.

Bonus: Ceres Roasting Company serves espresso beverages and sources their fair trade coffee beans from local Seattle roasters.
