Chocolat Uzma

Inspired by confection shops in France and Spain, Uzma Sharif opened her own artisan chocolate shop, Chocolat Uzma, in 2012 in Pilsen’s Chicago Arts District. Uzma infuses her French culinary training with her South Asian heritage by creating unique chocolates with flavor combinations like hazelnut coriander praline, Indian chili caramel, and honey cumin. You can see the chocolatiers hard at work when you walk into Chocolat Uzma, creating high quality chocolates from scratch in small batches.
