Wen Long opened her family-run Cantonese restaurant Chungee’s Drink ‘N Eat with a sense of humor in the wake of the financial crisis. “Chungee†means “stupid pig,†a term that Long attributes to herself and her family given the timing of her restaurant’s debut.
